Booking & Payment
How do I book a tour?
Call or text (708) 712-4449 for the fastest availability check, or email info@onlytidesnaples.com with your preferred date, group size, and trip type.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Cash is preferred because it helps keep prices lower for guests. Payment details are confirmed directly when your charter is reserved.
What is your cancellation policy?
Payment is required at booking to confirm your reservation. If we need to cancel due to weather or unsafe conditions, you receive a full refund. Guest cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Where do trips depart from?
Our charters depart from Naples. Exact dock location, parking details, and arrival instructions are provided once your trip is confirmed.
On the Boat
How many guests can join?
Only Tides keeps trips small and private, with up to 6 guests per charter. This keeps the ride comfortable and personal.
What is included?
- Cooler with ice, bottled water, and soft drinks
- Beach setup with chairs and shade when the trip allows
- Floats and inflatables for relaxing in the water
- Fresh towels
Can we bring snacks or drinks?
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring snacks and drinks of choice. Please avoid glass on the boat.
Are children allowed?
Yes. Private charters are family-friendly, and we will help plan a route and timing that fits your group.

Do you offer shelling tours?
Yes. Our Naples shelling tours are planned around tide, weather, and local conditions to give your group a better shot at finding shells.
Do you go to Keewaydin Island?
Yes. Our Keewaydin Island charters are private trips for beach time, shelling, swimming, and relaxing away from the crowds.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your captain watches weather and water conditions carefully. If conditions are unsafe and we need to cancel, you receive a full refund or can reschedule when possible.
Can we customize our trip?
Yes. Private charters can often be adjusted around your group, tides, weather, and the kind of day you want on the water.
