Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Weather & Charter Cancellations

If Only Tides Charters must cancel a trip due to inclement weather or other circumstances that prevent the boat from safely operating, the customer will receive a full refund.

Customer Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify Only Tides Charters more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled charter date and time.

For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, a voucher for the full amount paid will be issued. The voucher must be used within one year of the original charter date.

• The voucher must be presented at the time of rebooking.
• Vouchers are valid for one rescheduled charter only.
• If the rescheduled charter is subsequently canceled, no additional voucher will be issued.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled charter may forfeit the payment.

Special Circumstances

Only Tides Charters understands that unexpected circumstances can arise. Requests for a full refund due to reasonable circumstances will be considered on an individual basis and are subject to the discretion of Only Tides Charters.
